· Track workouts from your watch or phone with real-time stats for your walks, runs, and bike rides. Android phone sensors or a wearable device’s heart rate sensors can measure your pace, route, and more.
· Set daily step goals and keep adjusting them to challenge yourself further and monitor progress.
· Wear OS by Google Smartwatch or your Android phone can automatically detect your physical activities and add them to your Google Fit journal to earn credits. Activities such as rowing, Pilates, or spinning can also be selected.
